The following conditions apply:
Delivery is within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 3.95 € per order.
For orders over 30.00 €, we deliver free of charge.
International deliveries:
We charge a flat international shipping fee as follows:
All EU member states (excluding Germany): 7.25€
For orders over 30.00 €, we deliver internationally free of charge.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 1 - 3 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
