HELP & ANSWERS
In principle, the insect catcher can catch anything that fits into its basket – be it wasps, flies, beetles, or spiders. However, it is advisable not to catch butterflies with this device. Uncontrolled fluttering around in the basket could seriously injure their wings, potentially rendering the butterfly unable to fly.
The device is made of recyclable plastic. Our packaging is made of recycled cardboard and is FSC-certified.
The insect catcher weighs 160 g.
The insect catcher is manufactured in Germany.
We currently offer the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card, and instant transfer.
After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you have not received a confirmation email after 24 hours (please check your spam folder), please contact info@neher-shop.com.
Once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with shipping information, such as your tracking number and a tracking link. This email is usually sent within 1-2 days after the order is placed.
Shipping within Germany costs €3.95. Shipping is free for orders over €30.
We only ship via DHL. We do not yet offer express shipping.
We ship to all EU countries.
